Alright, I enjoyed some extra food for a couple of days, but I supposed that's how thin people do it. The exercise when they've overdone it...slow down for a few more days. I can do this normal people lifestyle thing. I'm a think person. I'm a healthy gal. I have tons of energy...like I'm a youth-ish somebody.

I like the challenge, I must say, and I also want to add that the Xbox is a really nice investment for people who want to have a lot of fun working out. I got the Your Shape: Fitness Evolved game, and it's fun. I like to dance too, but I can't stand seeing how large my figure looks on the Kinect sensor.

So, I've learned a few things by logging my stuff (and I haven't been logging my water intake, but I should).

1. Water intake does help curb appetite.
2. It's fine to splurge. Normal people do it all the time. Don't do it on purpose though, but if if happens because of crazy urges, hormonal shifts, or moms, then so-be-it.
3. Tea is great, especially green tea. I don't have any more green tea, and we're budgeting for stuff, but I have a few Yaupon Holly trees nearby, so...I have Yaupon tea. Gallberry bushes grow everywhere, so I even have Appellation tea growing...and it's all fuhreee. That's free.
4. I tend to prefer sleep to exercising until I'm exercising, so I just gotta get up and do it.
5. Making myself stand tends to give me a good deal of energy.
6. There are tons of veggie recipes. Good soups and veggies...nutrition makes me energized. Yum stuff.
