Bueno. Me está costando parar de perder peso. La idea era llegar a 85. Después pensé que era mejor llevar a 83 para tener un margen para poder subir sin excederme.
Pero me cuesta volver a comer "como antes".
Si paso las mil calorías me siento mal conmigo mismo, y busco estar siempre por debajo de ese número. Y claro, sigo bajando.
Pero bueno. Menos de 80 me va a quedar muy feo. Voy a terminar pareciéndome a Christian Bale en "El Maquinista" :-) Así que a empezar a agregar calorías a mi dieta. No quiero subir, pero tampoco seguir bajando.
