I am in the beginning stages of a new career. I have opened my own office in the worst economic time since anyone can remember. I had to sell my home and move to another town to accomplish this.
Historically, I always gain weight during change and stressful times in my life. This time has been no different. Since my life change, I have gained 12lbs, and being not quite 5'3 tall, feel really horrible about myself.
My goal is to just get back into my winter clothes, namely my jeans! I hate having to redo my entire wardrobe because I've put on few lbs and can't fit into any of my clothes. I got by all summer wearing roomy sundresses. Now, that fall is here, I feel terrible about my what I am forced to wear; even my boots don't fit, my calves are too big!
I feel that I look my best at 116-117lbs. Most of my family and friends don't get it and think I look great, but when you feel uncomfortable, you loook uncomfortable. I hope this tracking system here helps by making me accountable to my mindless comfort food eating!
If anyone else feels the same, be my buddy, we'll get through this together.....
