Hello everyone. My name is Chris and I am from Waco, Texas. I'm 32 years old and am trying to drop down to about 210. I'm starting at 247. I was actually at 263 about 6 months ago and managed to lose to 247 but then got lazy. Well I don't want to stay that way. I've been trying to clean up my diet and stay motivated.
