So today is the first day of my LAST weight loss journey, because this time I will lose the weight AND I will keep it off!
I tried HealtheTrim today, but I don't know if I will continue it because I have had a headache all day(and it's not caffeine loss because I had my usual 2 cups of coffee) and actually felt hungrier than normal!
My biggest challenge will be exercising because I work two jobs. I get up at 5:30am, and on the nights when I work both jobs and close at the second job, I only get 4 or 5 hours sleep and I am not willing to give those up. I also only get about 6 hours on the nights I don't close, and I feel I need sleep more than some prescribed exercise program. I will just try to incorporate more movement into my day, because my main job involves a lot of sitting.
