Ok first ten down...I know it is only 10lbs but people are noticing...Im not of course but I guess when the hubby does and your gym buddy does it must be happening. I was really surprised I had any loss at all this week. I really abused my body, not proud of that fact, missed the gym and ate CRAP! Just need to get these legs in on the program and I will be unstopable. I would love to see a nice loss before the holiday. Mini goal...be in the 270's by Christmas...I am already about to pass the lowest I have been in over a year....it will be a great feeling! (You can do it Mellie, you can do it)

I am so proud of you :) You are doing great. I agree - get your legs to join the program that way your ankles stay looking good :) And yes, there is a big difference between your belly button and chest, so GO MELISSA!!!
