OMG that is all I can say....my highest weight ever...I swore I would never let it get this bad, and it has done just that.

I continue to make excuses for my eating habits, busy at home, school, being tired. What does any of this have to do with making the right choices? NOTHING....how do you get over the mental block? I know how to eat right, I know how to exercise, I know to stop eating when I am satiated, I know the "sweet" stuff and "alcohol" in moderation...So why do I allow myself to continue on this path? I don't want to be fat my whole life. I want to change my habits...so why can't I?
