Get back on journaling....Grr....Been a busy week lots of chaos happening...between birthday and a death in the family I have found my way to the booze more often than normal and it is showing on the scale. I want those four pound weeks back...time to kick it back into high gear....NO EXCUSES MEL!

Wow Mel, you did really great today. Today is my very first day of "kicking it in" and I was shocked at the calories I put in my mouth. You only did 1411. How could you stand just doing a yogurt this morning. I'd be starving. Don't beat yourself up with stress. I hear 'ya about busy busy busy. Take care of yourself. Lmcline

It has been crazy for you, but you still are doing great! Yes, 4 pound weeks are exciting and a wonderful way to keep motivated, but you are also seeing a difference in your body. Remember your ankles? And I could tell big time around your rib cage area today when you were in your swim suit. Your body is showing a huge change even if the scale isn't moving quickly. Slow and steady wins the race, right? You are doing wonderful and I'm so proud of you.
However, if Barb uses your ideas and they are painfully hard, I'm gonna kick your butt :)

You still had a loss so that's great. Keep going, even those 1's and 2's add up pretty good. Have a great weekend.
