Down four more pounds, I could get used to that. Tried Zumba today and I was sweating. Trying to decide if it is too hard on my knees or if I just am not used to the movements yet. Either way I plan on going again.
So a total of 8 lbs in my first two weeks...here is to many more successful weeks..>CHEERS!

8 pounds is wonderful! I am so proud of you :)
As for Zumba being too hard on your knees, give it one more week and ask Amy before the class if there are modifications that you can do for the parts that hurt your knees. It is a hard class but is so much fun!
