I guess you can't complain over at least losing a pound overnight... Crap I ate two plain hotdogs for a snack. I know not on the Simeon diet plan, but I'm out of groceries. I was looking for protein...no dinner tonight. I don't know if I will make it though..
92.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
