  2. Agregar agua a los secos y dejar que absorba bien
  3. Batir a nieve las claras de huevo
  4. Agregar yemas a los secos que ya tienen agua agregada y mezclar
  5. Incorporar las claras batidas con movimientos envolventes para favorecer la esponjosidad
  6. Llevar a molde con papel manteca
  7. Hornear unos 30 minutos a horno medio
