Directions

  1. Cocer el huevo y dejar enfriar. Cortar los tomates en cuartos (puedes dejar la piel) y el pan en trozos del mismo tamaño.
  2. Triturar juntos los tomates, el pan, el ajo y el aceite.
  3. Sazonar al gusto. Servir frío y con el huevo duro desmigado encima.
