Directions
- Zuerst werden die 100g Magerquark, die 200g griechischer Joghurt, die beiden Eier, die 30g Whey-Protein und der Esslöffel gemahlene Mandeln gut verrührt.
- Anschließend werden die Aprikosen in kleine Teile geschnitten und zur restlichen Masse hinzugegeben.
- Jetzt muss die Masse nur noch gleichmäßig in 5-6 Muffin-Papiere in eine Muffinform gegeben werden und für ca. 35min gebacken werden. Und fertig.
