Directions

  1. Mezclar la avena instantánea molida con el proteína en polvo de chocolate y los 3 huevos.
  2. Revolver hasta hacer la mezcla homogénea.
  3. Amasar con la mano y armar una bola.
  4. Llevar al congelador durante 30 minutos.
  5. Aplanar y cortar en porciones iguales con un molde.
  6. Hornear durante 20 minutos a 180 grados.
  7. Guardar en un recipiente cerrado para conservarlas crujientes.
