- Mezclar ingredientes en batidora. Si está espeso añadir un poco de agua y mezclar. Verter un cazo en sartén previamente calentada y con una cucharadita de aceite de coco. Dar la vuelta al panqueque cuando empiece a cocerse. Terminar de cocer y sacar al plato.
- Añadir nata o mermelada light o chocolate líquido solo para dar un toque de sabor al panqueque, así las calorías añadidas son mínimas.
