Calabaza con Pollo.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pelar la calabaza y cortarla en taquitos. Cortar tambien el pollo en taquitos. Pelar la cebolla y picar a gruesa.
- Añadir el aceite a una cazuela a fuego medio y freír el pollo sazonado con sal y pimienta. Retirar y reservar.
- Añadir la cebolla y la calabaza a la cazuela y rehogar unís 10 minutos. Añadir de nuevo la carne, sal, pimienta, laurel y tomillo. Verter el caldo y dejar en ebullición a fuego lento unos 30 minutos. Que aproveche.
