- Овсянку замочить в небольшом количестве воды. Взбить яйца. Порезать яблочко мелко, смешать его с имбирем и корицей.
- К этому времени овсянка немного разошлась, можно замешивать тесто. Разогреть сковородку антипригарную и жарить оладушки с 2-ух сторон на среднем огне. У меня по 2 минутки с каждой стороны получилось. Всего 5 штук.
