Directions

  1. Deixar a chia e a linhaça de molho por 1h até que libere o gel.
  2. Misturar o gergelim.
  3. Condimentar a gosto.
  4. Espalhar em uma assadeira untada e coberta por papel manteiga.
  5. Assar em fogo médio-baixo até que seque.
  6. Desligar o forno, abrir e deixar que a forma esfrie lá dentro.
  7. Cortar em barrinhas antes de desenformar.
