yumurtanın çiğ olarak alındığında tamamının hazmedilemediğini aklınız dan çıkarmayın. kısacası çiğ yumurta hem bakteriyel açıdan hemde besin değerlerinin hazmedilemeyen kısım kadar düşmesinden dolayı pişmiş tavsiye edilir.
