Marlín en Escabeche

Marlín estilo Sinaloa, rico y fácil de preparar

Directions

  1. Se calienta el sartén y se agrega la cucharada de aceite, se agregan el oregano, hojitas de laurel, pimienta entera y el ajo picado, se acitrona y se retira del sartén.
  2. Se agregan el repollo y la cebolla al sartén, se saltean unos 5 a 10 minutos y se agrega la zanahoria. Por mientras se puede deshebrar el marlín.
  3. Pasado los 10 minutos, se agrega el marlin y se revuelve períodicamente añadiendo también la cucharada de vinagre se deja de 5 a 10 minutos para sacar del fuego y esta listo.
  4. Puede acompañarse de tostadas, aguacate y tambien se puede comer refrigerado.
