Bombones de Zapallo/Maní
Bombones sin azucar añadida.

- Mezclar con procesadora el mani convertido en mantequilla (para convertir el mani en mantequilla basta procesar mani sin sal hasta convertirlo en pasta cremosa, demora 5 minutos aprox), zapallo cocido en el horno y miel, agregar canela o nuez moscada a gusto.
- Derretir el chocolate a baño maría, llenar 15 moldes de mini cupcakes (tambien sirve una cubetera de silicona) de modo de cubrir el fondo y las paredes. Dejar enfriar el molde en el freezer por 10 minutos.
- Sacar el molde del freezer y rellenar con la pasta de zapallo y maní (es mas facil si ponen la mezcla en una manga). Con el resto del chocolate derretido cubrir cada bombon de manera que no se vea el relleno. Poner a freezer por 15 minutos y desmoldar.
