Directions
- Coloque o arroz integral para cozinhar.
- Corte em pedaços pequenos todos os outros ingredientes.
- Em uma panela, doure a cebola. Acrescente a carne (se for crua doure a carne também), adicione o molho de tomate. Tempere a gosto (prefira temperos naturais). Adicione os legumes. Deixe cozinhar por cerca de 20 minutos.
- Adicione o arroz já cozido ao molho.
