Directions
- Prender el horno a 180 Grados Centigrados. Engrasar y enharinar charolas para galletas.
- Batir la margarina con los azucares, agregar el huevo y vainilla, seguir batiendo agregar harina, sal y bicarbonato, seguir batiendo y por ultimo agregar nuez y avena.
- Hacer una bola, guardarla en una bolsa de plastico y refrigerarla por 1 hora.
- Hacer bolitas (30) colocarlas en las charolas con espacio entre ellas porque se esparcen a la hora de la coccion.
- Hornear por 15 minutos.
