Turkey and Vegetable Stir Fry

This delectable gobbler stir fry is a healthy twist on a favorite meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large sauté or fry pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped turkey sausage (1/2 package), brown.
  2. Add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until onions aldente.
  3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, heat and add vegetables, and then water and seasoning salt.
  4. Cover and steam vegetables until bright in color, with some crisp left in them.
  5. Stir and enjoy!
  6. Note: you can easily add other vegetables to your liking and a bit of Italian seasoning or other spices if you like.
