Turkey and Vegetable Stir Fry
This delectable gobbler stir fry is a healthy twist on a favorite meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a large sauté or fry pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped turkey sausage (1/2 package), brown.
- Add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until onions aldente.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil, heat and add vegetables, and then water and seasoning salt.
- Cover and steam vegetables until bright in color, with some crisp left in them.
- Stir and enjoy!
- Note: you can easily add other vegetables to your liking and a bit of Italian seasoning or other spices if you like.
