Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make sugar free Jell-O as directed on package. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar free pudding (dry mix) to already prepared Jell-O, mix with wire wisk or electric beater til smooth. Mixture will only be slightly thick.
  3. Drain mandarin oranges and set aside.
  4. Fold entire tub of whipped topping (fat free if available) like Cool Whip into Jell-O/pudding mixture until mixed with no white showing.
  5. Fold in drained mandarin oranges until evenly distributed.
  6. Note: makes six one cup servings or one large bowl and is a Weight Watchers favorite.

This was good. I made it with strawberry jello, cheesecake pudding and strawberries. It's light and pretty satisfying.

Light and flavorful. Have made this item for a second time in a week with raspberry this time. Delicious!

This is awesome! I could easily leave out a few calories by omitting the mandarin oranges and I think it would be just as yummy. Next time I make this I will use the fat free sugar free cheesecake Jell-o pudding mix with either sugar free cherry or strawberry jell-o.
