Couve à Bolonhesa
Uma forma light e original de comer bolonhesa.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cozer as couves (não corte muito pequeno) em água e sal.
- Faça um "molho" para cozinhar a carne, junte a salsa, o alho, temperos a gosto, o azeite e um pouco de água da cozedura das couves, triture tudo na varinha mágica. Coloque este "molho" num tacho e leve ao lume, deixe aquecer bem.
- Junte a carne picada e deixe cozinhar.
- Coloque as couves num prato, por cima coloque a carne e por fim coloque o queijo partido aos bocadinhos.
