Massada de Salmão

Massa com salmão, cogumelos frescos e bróculos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Saltear o alho e o alho francês no azeite.
  2. Juntar o salmão cortado em cubos e temperar com o sal e a pimenta.
  3. Acrescentar os bróculos e os cogumelos frescos cortados.
  4. Cozer a massa em água com sal.
  5. Deitar as natas e sumo de limão ao salmão e deixar cozinhar. Rectificar os temperos.
  6. Quando a massa estiver cozida, escorre-la e envolver com o salmão e legumes.

Acabei de fazer uma adaptação desta receita... substitui o alho francês por cebola, e dispensei as natas. Coloquei um pouco de caldo de peixe que tinha, não deixou de estar meio cremoso e muito saboroso. :)
