Directions
- Preheat oven to 218°c.
- Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
- Whisk all wet ingredients together.
- Mix in dry ingredients with wet ingredients in small portions until all combined.
- Toss blueberries in flour (this will stop them from sinking to the bottom).
- Fold in blueberries.
- Place in preheated oven and cook at 190°c for 19-20 minutes.
