Noedels met Varkensreepjes

Noedels met gebakken varkensreepjes, champignons, groene boontjes, lente ui, paprika en verse koriander.

Directions

  1. Noedels koken zoals aangegeven op de verpakking. Wanneer de noedels gaar zijn, afgieten en spoelen onder koud water.
  2. Lente ui, look, diepvriesboontjes, paprika en champignons snijden. Varkens lapjes snijden (of gesneden kopen) Alles goed kruiden en aanbakken (grote pan of wok) in de olijfolie ( begin met het vlees en de champignons laatst).
  3. De noedels toevoegen aan de wok en goed omroeren nog even verder laten garen. Afwerken met peper van de molen, zeezout en de verse koriander (eventueel nog wat olijfolie). Smakelijk.
