  1. Freir la col y la cebolla en la mantequilla hasta que este transparente. Añadir la taza de caldo de pollo y una taza de agua. Salpimentar al gusto.
  2. Una vez que suelta el hervor dejarla por espacio de 10 minutos a fuego medio. Antes de servir agregar el queso panela en cubos.
