Rapiditas integrales

Tortillas saludables y abundantes que combinan perfectamente con wraps, gyros y tacos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Agrega todos los ingredientes secos en un bol, dejando los líquidos al final.
  2. Amasar hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Déjelo reposar durante 30 minutos envuelto con papel film.
  3. Dividir en 8 porciones iguales y amasar con un palito o un rodillo hasta que la masa esté lo más fina posible.
  4. Enciende una sartén antiadherente, deja que se caliente bien sin aceite ni mantequilla.
  5. Pon la tortilla en la sartén hasta que se formen unas burbujas y esté ligeramente tostada, voltea el otro lado para hacer lo mismo.
  6. Al sacar las tortillas, apílelas envolviéndolas en un paño, para poder rociarlas con agua para que queden un poco mojadas y no se sequen.
