Muffins de Algarroba

Para darse un gusto dulce cuando nos estamos cuidando.

Directions

  1. Prender el horno en mínimo, y dejarlo precalentar mientras preparamos la mezcla.
  2. Batir la manteca pomada y el azúcar. Agregar los huevos de a uno, y la leche.
  3. En otro bowl, mezclar la harina tamizada, la harina de algarroba y el polvo para hornear. Luego, verter los ingredientes secos en el bowl con la preparación de manteca, azúcar, huevos y leche. Mezclar bien.
  4. Distribuir la preparación en pirotines (colocados en el molde de silicona o teflón para muffins) y hornear 25 minutos. Poner una placa en la base del horno para suavizar el calor.
