Курочка под Сыром с Помидором

Куриное филе, запеченное с сыром и помидором.

Directions

  1. Отделяем филе от кости (грудка), разрезаем на 4 части, отбываем, смазываем с двух сторон солью и перцем, выкладываем на противень или стеклянную посуду для запекания, сбрызгиваем подсолнечным маслом, накрываем кружком помидора каждую отбивную, накрываем фольгой и запекаем при 180-200 градусах 15 минут. Достаем убираем фольгу, посыпаем сыром и запекаем еще 15 минут
