Котлеты из куриного филе.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Куриное филе разморозить, мелко нарезать.
  2. Зелень мелко нарезать.
  3. Чеснок выдавить.
  4. Все ингредиенты смешать, поперчить, по желанию посолить и добавить любимые приправы.
  5. Разогреть сковороду, слегка смазать оливковым маслом и обжаривать с обеих сторон по 4 минуты. Приятного аппетита.
