First day using this app but not my first weigh in. I started at 369 on March 6, 2018. since begining my diet has been primarily paleo, forgoing grains, sugars and anything processed. I am experimenting with different flours such as coconut and almond, trying low carb mixes such as carb mix and using phsyllium husk. my knee is a bit him so I've not been at the gym since I started but will be starting back soon.
