Had a lot of travel at the end of the last week and tried my best to eat out sensibly. After too many delays in flight trying to land in Detroit in a snowstorm and then the trip back, didn't drink enough water and had a gout flareup. It's better now, and surprisingly, I stuck to my plan. Yes, I am fortunate to have the weight come off easily, but still glad to have lost 10lbs since I started.
151.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
