Well, poo, no loss this week, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it since I did blow it on Katie's birthday. At least I didn't gain!
98.3 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
