Woohoo, down 11.5 pounds total, and in a new "decade" of numbers! 3 1/2 pounds this week is much better than the measly 1 pound last week! It's so easy to stay motivated when you see the numbers going down.
103.6 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 40.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
