Okay. I think I've bottomed-out at 144.7 pounds. So far, thanks to Carlo Bruey of Get Right Fitness, who has guided my nutrition and calorie deficit, I've lost only about 4 pounds of muscle after 20 pounds of fat loss. Right now, I'm taking care of a few workout injuries (rotator cuff), but I think it might be time to kick my calories up and go heavier in the gym. I'm very happy with my success so far -- I'm turning 67 in a couple of months and am wearing size 29 jeans -- and I want to stay on my winning streak. I have a few things to adjust, and then I hope to start putting on a little more muscle mass.

Haha! I JUST found all these comments! Please pardon me for not responding before this. I'm a little weak with the community, but love the support everybody gives one another. In the intervening months, I had radiation therapy for cancer (surprise!), and I'm at about 150, with some change in my body mass -- less muscle, more fat. I'm coming back. Thanks again for these.
