The eating frenzy continues - I can't seem to get it under control - from the time I get home from work till the time I go to bed it is a free-for-all. I'm back to if no one sees me eating it, it doesn't count. I ate almost a half of pan of Rice Krispie Treats :(

My youngest who has been on this weight loss journey with me has gained 10 pounds of her weight back since the holidays. We are on the same eating pattern and need to stop.

We did it before and we can do it again. The mind set needs to be here. From this moment I will pledge to try again - get better sleep - eat better and get moving. I'm the only one who can make it happen and I am the only one who can get in my way.

In the words of Nike - Just Do It!!

Hang in there! Your absolutely right when you say your the only one who can make it happen. Just think about what the things you will enjoy once you reach your weight goal! Think positive and stay positive! Good luck!

You can do it. When I'm having a rough time I think about how I could look in a few months if I just keep it up. It's kind of a what do I want more thing. Would I rather eat this now or get to the weight I want and look good this summer. Tomorrow is a new day!

I know what you mean about getting home from work. I have that problem, too. A few things that help me are eating a snack before I leave work so I'm not starving when I get home. Another thing is to have dinner ready in a crockpot. If I get to eat dinner sooner, I don't have as much time to forage before I get to eat a satisfying meal. So glad you are keeping your resolve strong!
