I never learned how to eat healthy so as I got into my 20s I started following in my family's footsteps with being overweight. During my late 20s I dealt with the suicide of my Dad sandwiched between having 2 kids. Now I'm done looking like this. I want to teach my girls how to eat healthy and be healthy while they are still toddlers. I want to teach them so they never have to struggle with weight like I do. Here's to the journey...!
