Trying a reset and starting the Potato Hack today. Seems counter-intuitive and definitely not Atkins or LC but I'm giving it a try for 3 days. If I see results I'll do it again...LC in between.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
