I have tried to double my daily calorie intake.
When I started this site, my daily calories were 1500 to 1800. Now, I'm trying for 3500. But it is such a shock to my body to be eating all day. My body weight went up. But this weekend I binged on Mexican food, tequila and beer; Panera on Sunday morning. And that dropped my body weight back down to 164. I would like to get back into the high 180s or even to 190. The art here is to put on lean muscle while minimizing fat gain. Haha! That's what the beer and tequila and Panera are for!
74.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
