Day 39 of 2nd 6 wks, 139.6, 36.7% body fat, 43.6%tbw, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 83.8,/2, 4.4 lb bone mass, 2004/50, trace ketones, 45 min level 6 elliptical,

breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch large salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner chicken, mozzerella cheese, asparagus, 2 glasses chardonnay, choc ice cream (low carb)w whipped cream.

Doing well with my 140 lb and 6 wks on program goal. Still working on what that next goal might be.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
