Weight loss is frustrating me. Staying below 2000 calories per day and been stuck at same weight for 2 weeks. Starvation is not an option but my metabolism must be a mess...should be dropping at least 2lbs per week

Only other thing I can think of is my scale is broken :)
181.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 86.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm having the same issue of scale not budging. I'm starting to think too much coffee and not enough water r the culprits. Idk,but trying to stay motivated on 1500/day😑
