晨,體脂28.7%,內臟脂肪2

執行168飲食的早上,量體重沒變,但是體脂降低了
👩‍👧產後十三週,哺乳+間歇+168突破停滯期

🌱HIIT*3組+半身伏地挺身50下=50分鐘
