晨,體脂29.3%,內臟脂肪2

端午三連休第三天,
基本上我已經快要沒力了,
兩個小孩真的很恐怖!整天被小的黏在身上吸餒餒
也找不到時間運動,只能等明天開學兒子去托嬰才有空了⋯
