晨,體脂29.0%,內臟脂肪3

早上等兒子被帶去托嬰、女兒睡了後,終於有空閒好好排便⋯自從兩寶在家好難好好享受廁所時光😅

沒想到就瘦了!!
剛好今天去吃了潮港城補一下😊充滿蛋白質啦!
幾乎都是蛋白質,很少吃到澱粉👌
牛排、生魚片、蝦子、各種海鮮~~
直接欺騙餐
