🌱HiIT*15分鐘+鄭多燕瘦腹*10分鐘=25分鐘。
吃比較節制、蛋白質餐,趁機去按摩一下,很舒服~

👩‍👧產後十一週,哺乳+間歇運動
最近腰線有比較出現了,但是肚皮還是一樣是詛咒啊⋯
