Barely followed the plan this past week. I am surprised to see that I went down a little bit instead of gaining back a chunk. I think I am starting to get bored of the foods I have and am making. I need to find a way to sort of mix it up every week or other week while keeping things low calorie and/or low carb so that I don't find myself not wanting the food that I have.

I'm almost completely broken from soda and juice. I hardly ever crave soda anymore but the juice is still hanging on a little but the cravings aren't so bad that I can't ignore them. Getting really used to drinking water all day and it is actually kind of nice. Miss having some wine though so probably going to use my "free day" to enjoy a glass or two heh. As for beer I've never been a huge fan. I'll drink it if it's there but it was never very high on my priority list so meh, I don't really miss it much. And I'm sure every so often a beer or two wouldn't hurt either but I'm going to hold off until I reach my goal for that.

Also, not going to track BMI and BodyFat anymore after today. They do nothing for my motivation anyway. I will however continue to track my measurements but perhaps I'll do it every other week or just when I think I've lost a significant amount over a period cause those aren't changing much either.
